Reporting to the Sales Manager and Director of Company. To offer all assistance possible to guests, efficient and flexible service in line with Teaffani Catering Vision and mission in order to hit sales target and provide excellence customer services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Responsible in achieving Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility.

• To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.

• Knowledge in Corporate and Catering sales.

• Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures

  • Able to demonstrate good leadership to lead sales team and hit group sales target
  • Able to apply strategy on quiet season to hit sales target and maximize company catering slots.
  • Love to deal with people and have a friendly personality
  • Love to handle events
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

•Previous service experience is preferred

•Good verbal & written is a plus

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

•Highly responsible & reliable

  • Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Business degree, or any relevant qualification, would be advantageous
  • Able to write and speak mandarin is an advantage
