Assistant Pastry Chef / Creative Baker
Selangor – Kelana Jaya

Responsibilities:

Be creative at work and team player
Responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking / production /pastry.
Follow strictly on the working schedule on items and quantities to be made
Production to be able to meet deadline as and when needed for functions and events and on daily basis.
Concentrate and to improve on various job function assigned to him / her, in the areas of baking/ pastries
Familiarity with Food Safety and Food Hygiene Compliance
Preferably experience in mass production of bakery products

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level, Professional Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Graduate from pastry/ baking school
Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya, PJ
At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Customer Experience Supervisor / Driver for food catering business (GDL Licence)

Selangor – Kelana Jaya

Looking for Customer Experience Supervisor to “WOW” clients and to handle food catering functions. GDL license is an advantage
• Handling food catering events
• To perform excellence customer services at all time.
• To ensure all events run successfully with our S.O.P.
• Conduct training for temporary/permanent staffs to carry out catering/event operations effectively
• To assist in loading and uploading of goods and setting up for events.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
• Other delivery tasks assign by management

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
• Experience in banquet / hotel is an advantage.
• Able to work long hours and on public holidays (Understand the F&B industry working hours. We don’t have fix schedule. Depending on events. )
• Upon confirmation, candidate must obtain a GDL driving license.
• Age between 21 > years old
• Fluent in English and BM
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads.
• Have smart phone and know how to use google maps.

Assistant Banquet Manager
Selangor/Kelana Jaya
 

Responsibilities:

Meeting clients, taking contracts to help them to discuss what they need to have in the event and reporting these to Director of Teaffani Catering.
Pre -plan the event with the assistance from the supervisors.
Supporting the banquet plans, and design the venue planned.
Coordinate with the catering staff and manage banquet business logistics.
Ensure best food and beverage service is given in the interest of the consumer.
Monitor and control banquet budget, which includes labor costs, beverage costs, inventory equipment, reporting defects of utensils, and etc.
Make sure to offer optimum level services in terms of quality and hospitality.
Require to coordinate and cooperate with all the departments like culinary, catering, sales, etc. to manage them in an effective manner to get a hold on the esteemed customers.
Required to perform include, supervising personnel, assigning tasks to kitchen or service workers, ensuring kitchens and dining facilities are clean and properly decorated, purchasing equipment, ordering supplies or food ingredients, and coordinating service details.
Prepare efficient work schedule for all service associates according to budget and guidelines.

 

Requirements:

Minimum degree in hospitality, restaurant management or relevant field becoming more common
Min 3(years) experience of managing in Food and Beverage establishments however experience in Hotel Banquet would be an advantage.
Able to communicate efficiently in Bahasa and English
Able to work under pressure
Friendly and approachable
Possess strong leadership qualities and work ethics
Possess strong hospitality and communication skills.
Possess good technical knowledge and skill of banquet operation.

Customer Relation Assistant
Selangor/Kelana Jaya

 
Assist on answering incoming calls for information and quotes on catering services and associated costs.
Coordinate each event’s pre-planning details to ensure that it is successfully complete.
Confer with clients to determine their specific choices of food and beverages and provide them with an umbrella cost.
Assist event managers/Supervisor in conducting tastings, handling layouts of food stations and design of menu that befits company standards.
Assisting on Coordinating menus, staffing requirements and implementation of all food and beverage events, including preparation and distribution of specifications sheets and catering schedules.
Review and approve all group banquet checks and ensure that any additional costs are timely added.
Interact with customer relation team, kitchen, and banquet/service team to ensure constant guest satisfaction.
Monitor status of event files on a daily basis and notify managers of any past due accounts.
Prepare and file reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Prepare invoices and follow up payments.
Perform and conduct quality assurance check on all quotations, job orders and event details to ensure information accuracy.

Requirements:

Preferably hospitality & food/beverage experience with minimum of 1 year experienced in related field
Preferably Female and Single
Able to work long hours and onsite for events to greet clients and ensure expectations are met
(this position requires working nights and weekends).
Candidates with Personal Assistant(PA), and Secretarial working experience will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and IT related would be an added advantage.
Ability to focus attention on details. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
